This project included the design of a 4,400sf Podiatry Medical Office Building adhering to the City of Punta Gorda Development Review Committee standards. The project was designed to meet the 140+mph wind speed requirements. Program included treatment / exam rooms, offices, and support spaces. project budget was met at $690,000.
