Wilder Architecture was commisioned to provide design services for the renovation of the building envelope and select interior spaces of the Technology Building on the College's Dale Mabry Campus. The Technology building is the largest building on the campus and the building envelope equates to more than 2 acres of building skin. The Design Team modeled the building in BIM and developed a strategy to modernize the building and developed a phasing strategy to minimize disruption of the ongoing operations of the most active of the campuses' buildings
